Exclusive London jeweller Nigel Milne wanted an online presence that reflected the elegance of their products while increasing footfall to their Piccadilly store.

The website features a stripped-back, simple and responsive design with a focus on stunning jewellery. In order to convert online visitors to in-store footfall, we revisited the messaging to place a greater emphasis on personal service.

Backed up by an email marketing and SEO campaign, the website has driven footfall to the Nigel Milne Piccadilly store and seen online traffic increase threefold.
